The Department of Justice holds a press conference on Friday, Feb.16, 2024, for an update on the capture of Myrna Mabanza, the alleged liaison between Isnilon Hapilon and the terror group Daesh. Mabanza, according to the DoJ officials, is also involved in transferring funds to Hapilon to buy high powered rifles, and aid the entry of foreign terrorists into the country.
