To herald a bold new era for Manila Broadcasting Company (MBC), the broadcasting giant unveiled its new brand name, MBC Media Group, with a modern new logo. The goal is to illustrate fluidity and represent how the company adapts to the present and future.
"The transformation we are about to make is more than just a name change. It is a strategic evolution, a reimagining of who we are and the great potential we hold," Assistant Vice President-Digital Media Sasha Elizalde-del Rosario said at the opening of MBC's grand launch. The new design features six ellipses, symbolizing six Strategic Business Units (radio, TV, promotions, talents, events, and digital), also representing sound waves from its legacy business and a depiction of a wider audience reach.
