LINGAYEN, Pangasinan: The travel time for bus commuters going to western Pangasinan towns will now be at least two hours longer.
This is because the 30-meter bridge connecting San Clemente, Tarlac and Mangatarem, Pangasinan was found to have a damaged deck slab, prompting the Department of Public Works and Highways in Tarlac to strictly impose a 5-ton load limit on the bridge.
