PH needs Cha-cha to 'keep in step' with competitors

(UPDATE) CHARTER change (Cha-cha) is not a cure-all for the country's economic problems but is needed to 'keep in step' with its competitors, a congressman said Monday.

'Let me be clear on this: Charter change is not a panacea for all our country's economic ills,' Marikina 2nd District Rep. Stella Luz Quimbo said in a statement.
