UAAGI appoints new exec

UNITED Asia Automotive Group Inc. (UAAGI), the exclusive Philippine distributor of Chery and Foton vehicles, has announced the appointment of Lyn Manalansang-Buena as new chief marketing executive and senior vice president.

Prior to the appointment, Manalansang-Buena was executive vice president and director for marketing and customer services of The Covenant Car Company Inc., which carried the Chevrolet and MG brands. She will report directly to the board, led by its chairman, Rommel Sytin.
