SOFITEL Manila takes the rich and colorful flavors from the Land of the Morning Calm into an exciting feast this February in collaboration with Korean cuisine expert chef Lily Min.

With more than three decades of culinary experience from her studies to her expertise training courses, Min specializes in vast culinary set skills, which includes confectionary and bread courses, Korean traditional cuisine, extensive Korean kimchi-making, Chinese culinary cuisine, and her most notable culinary expertise, Korean royal cuisine.
