Northeast monsoon to bring rain in Cagayan, Bicol

MANILA, Philippines: The northeast monsoon or 'amihan' will bring rain in Cagayan Valley, Bicol Region, Kalinga, Apayao, Aurora, Quezon and Visayas, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Sunday.

The same weather system is also affecting some areas in Mindanao where isolated downpours or thunderstorms will be experienced in the next 24 hours.
