Statement game as Letran buries JRU by 38 points in NCAA opener

MANILA, Philippines: The Colegio de San Juan de Letran opened its NCAA Season 99 with a statement win after demolishing Jose Rizal University by 38 points, 102-64, in the NCAA Season 99 juniors' basketball tournament at the FilOil EcoOil Centre in San Juan on Saturday, February 10.

Letran's Daniel Padilla put on a show on the opening day of the league as he made 17 points, four rebounds, three assists, and three steals.
