MANILA, Philippines: Two weather systems are bringing fair weather, cloudy skies and isolated light rains in parts of the country, the state-run weather agency said Saturday.
According to the Philippines Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), the northeast monsoon or "amihan" is affecting most parts of Northern Luzon, bringing cold winds, cloudy skies and isolated light rains.
