THE MWSS Regulatory Office (MWSS RO) announced on Friday that it has signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) with Japanese water firm Yokohama Water Co. Ltd. (YWC).
MWSS RO Chief Regulator Patrick Lester Ty and YWC Executive Director and General Manager for Waterworks and Sewerage Department Koichi Hasegawa signed the MoA on Tuesday.
