MANILA, Philippines: The Department of Information and Technology (DICT) on Thursday said that Beijing is willing to help the Philippines address the recent cybersecurity breaches by China-based hackers on government websites.
At a Palace conference, Information and Communications Technology Ivan John Uy said the government is taking very seriously "regular threats from all sectors."
