Binondo roads closed for Chinese New Year

(UPDATE) MANILA, Philippines: The city government of Manila announced that some roads in Binondo will be closed to vehicular traffic due to Chinese New Year festivities that will start on Friday, February 9.

The Manila Chinatown Development Council said the New Year countdown will begin at 11:30 p.m.
