MANILA, Philippines: The northeast monsoon or "amihan" has resurfaced but the easterlies are affecting most parts of the archipelago, the state-run weather agency said on Thursday.
Although weak, amihan is bringing partly cloudy to overcast skies with isolated light rains over Batanes and Babuyan Islands, weather specialist Benison Estareja of the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
