(UPDATE) UNEMPLOYMENT dipped to 3.1 percent in December, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) reported on Wednesday, dropping from the previous month's 3.6 percent and the 4.3 percent posted a year earlier.
The result, which translates to 1.60 million Filipinos without jobs, was the lowest since 2005, National Statistician Claire Dennis Mapa said.
