Public warned vs 'love scams'

(UPDATE) THE public should be wary of online 'love scams' as Valentine's Day approaches, the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) said on Tuesday.

Interior Secretary Benhur Abalos Jr. said that scammers exploit emotional vulnerability, targetting people who are sad, alone, lovesick and widowed.
