Angara pushes synchronized Cha-cha plebiscite

(UPDATE) SEN. Juan Edgardo 'Sonny' Angara issued a call to synchronize the plebiscite on Charter change (Cha-cha) with the 2025 midterm elections to save government funds.

The chairman of the Senate Subcommittee on Constitutional Amendments and Revision of Codes on Monday led the public hearing on Resolution of Both Houses (RBH) 6, seeking amendments to some economic provisions of the 1987 Constitution.
