Secession will wreck Mindanao's economy'

MANILA, Philippines: Lanao del Sur 1st District Rep. Zia Alonto Adiong warned that secession would have 'devastating' economic effects on Mindanao.

'Secession would not only unravel the social fabric that binds us but would have devastating economic effects,' Adiong said in a statement.
