PI proponents urged: Stop 'misadventure'

ALBAY 1st District Rep. Edcel Lagman called on the proponents of the people's initiative for Charter change (Cha-cha) to stop the 'misadventure.'

Lagman, who is also president of the Liberal Party, made the call after filing House Bill (HB) 9868, which asserts that 'there is no compliant and enabling law implementing the people's right to propose amendments to the Constitution via People's Initiative.'
