DMW, CICC sign deal to protect OFWs from scams

MANILA, Philippines: The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) and the Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center (CICC) signed an agreement to protect OFWs and their families against illegal recruitment, investment scammers and all forms of fraud.

Migrant Workers Officer-in-Charge Hans Leo Cacdac and Undersecretary Alexander Ramos signed the memorandum of agreement on Monday.
