Brunei taps IPOPHL for patent services

THE Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL) has been tapped by the government of Brunei Darussalam for its expertise on patent services, the former said on Monday.

Under a recent memorandum of understanding, IPOPHL will handle patent search and examination for the Brunei Darussalam IP Office (BruIPO) for the next five years.
