CITY OF MALOLOS: Dead serious about his bid to make Bulacan safer and peaceful, Gov. Daniel Fernando said he will give directives to law enforcement authorities to go after peddlers of all forms of illegal drugs, notably shabu, marijuana and cocaine.

"We need to be vigilant against the proliferations of shabu, marijuana and cocaine here [in the province]," said Fernando during the first-quarter joint meeting of the Provincial Peace and Order Council, Provincial Anti-Drug Abuse Council and the Provincial Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (PTF-Elcac) on Thursday, February 1, at the Bulacan Convention Center here.
