Go to politicians: Public before personal interest

SEN. Christopher 'Bong' Go on Thursday urged the country's leaders to prioritize the welfare of underprivileged Filipinos over their political ambitions.

Go issued the statement after the country missed its 2023 GDP target — posting a 5.6 percent growth, which is below the government's target of 6 percent to 7 percent.
