HANOI, Vietnam: President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Tuesday admitted to being unsure if the controversial People's Initiative is "still one of the options" his administration is looking at in pushing for changes in the economic provisions of the Constitution.
Marcos lamented how the People's Initiative is now being politicized to sow discord between the two houses of Congress, the reason why he has sought the insights of the country's best legal luminaries "to come up with simpler solutions that does not cause so much controversy."
