Pagasa monitors LPA outside PH

MANILA, Philippines: The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Tuesday that it is monitoring a low pressure area (LPA) which has been spotted outside the country's area of responsibility.

Weather specialist Grace Castaneda said its trough or extension is affecting Caraga, Davao Region, Camiguin, Misamis Oriental, Bukidnon and Southern Leyte where overcast skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms would be likely over the next 24 hours.
