SCATTERED rain showers and thunderstorms are expected in Caraga and Davao in Mindanao due to the trough of a low pressure area (LPA) spotted outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Monday.
Weather specialist Robert "Obet" Badrina said the LPA has a slim chance of entering the country.
