Japan honors Filipino entrepreneur Egmidio Cesar Jose

Japanese Ambassador Kazuhiko Koshikawa, on behalf of His Majesty the Emperor of Japan, conferred the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Neck Ribbon upon Egmidio Cesar Jose in a ceremony held at the Japanese Ambassador's Residence on January 24.
