THE Philippine banking system has remained stable as it weathered one crisis after another through sound policies of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), said Governor Eli Remolona Jr.

In a speech on the 75th anniversary of central banking in the Philippines at the Fort San Antonio Abad on Friday, Remolona said:
