ACEN completes purchase of US wind plant

ACEN Corp. has finalized a purchase agreement with EDF Renewables North America for a wind farm in the US state of Pennsylvania through joint venture firm UPC Power.

'UPC Power Solutions announced today the completion of its purchase agreement with EDF Renewables North America,' ACEN Corp. said in a disclosure on Wednesday.
