THE Tacloban-based National Maritime Polytechnic (NMP) announced the approval of its two STCW mandatory courses that will be offered for free to Filipino seafarers.
The training courses are Passenger Ship Crisis Management and Human Behavior Training (PSCMHBT) and "Safety Training for Personnel Providing Direct Services to Passenger Spaces (STPPDSPS)," which will complement the existing four courses already provided by NMP at no cost.
