Marcos: PH 'will not lift finger' to help ICC

MANILA, Philippines: President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Tuesday reiterated his position that the Philippines 'will not lift a finger' to help with any investigation by the International Criminal Court (ICC).

Marcos issued the statement to clarify reports that ICC representatives have entered the country.
