MANILA, Philippines: President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Tuesday said he would leave it to the Commission on Elections (Comelec) to validate the signatures for "people's initiative" to amend the Constitution.
Speaking to reporters, the President said that if a signature was bought with money, it could not be counted.
