MANILA, Philippines: Except for scattered heavy rains and thunderstorms, the country is expected to experience generally fair weather over the next 24 hours, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Tuesday.
No tropical cyclone or low pressure area forming or entering the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) is expected at least until the weekend, weather specialist Robert Badrina said.
