Benguet students get cash aid

LA TRINIDAD, Benguet: Two hundred ten college students from the province's 13 municipalities who are enrolled in the various private and public higher education institutions recently received P25,000 each as cash assistance from the Student Monetary Assistance for Recovery and Transition (Smart) grant program of the Commission on Higher Education (CHEd).

Rep. Eric Yap personally witnessed the release of the said cash assistance to the identified beneficiaries during a simple ceremony.
