THE Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) said on Friday it entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
DICT Secretary Ivan John Uy and PRC Chairman Charito Zamora officially signed the MoU at the Philippine International Convention Center on Thursday, January 18.
