THE city of Manila's Office for Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA) on Wednesday warned residents against scanning, photocopying, or any mode of reproducing senior citizen identification cards.
"I would like to remind everyone, we will be immediately confiscating scanned or photocopied senior citizen ID, being presented in restaurants, drugstores and groceries. That is not allowed, because our office is not issuing scanned IDs, but only original copies," OSCA Director Elinor Jacinto said during the Kalinga sa Maynila event.
