DOMESTIC vehicle car sales breached industry forecasts last year, also surpassing a pre-pandemic peak with Filipino consumers apparently unfazed by high inflation.
The Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines Inc. (Campi) and the Truck Manufacturers Association (TMA) on Wednesday reported selling 429,807 units in 2023, 21.9 percent more than the previous year's 352,596.
