THE Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Wednesday said that it had approved Citicore Renewable Energy Corp. initial public offering (IPO) of as much as P12.9 billion in common shares, inclusive of an overallotment portion.
In a Jan. 16, 2024 meeting, the SEC resolved to render effective a Citicore registration statement covering 10.04 billion common shares subject to the company's compliance with certain remaining requirements.
