Road boosts Isabela tilapia industry

JOEY Estepa has been engaged in tilapia production for 20 years but dilapidated roads made growers like him struggle to transport their produce.

'We can hardly attract buyers, and we had difficulty accessing other government services to help farmers in our town of Ramon in Isabela province,' Estepa said.
