UPB prof named PPC's first president

LINGAYEN, Pangasinan: A professor and former chancellor of the University of the Philippines Baguio (UPB) will be the first president of the newly created Pangasinan Polytechnic College (PPC), Vice Gov. Mark Ronald Lambino said on Monday, January 15.

In a press briefing, Lambino said that the provincial board has authorized Gov. Ramon Guico 3rd to sign a memorandum of agreement (MoA) with the UPB for the secondment of Dr. Raymundo Rovillos to the PPC starting February.
