Camalig town unveils WW2 Japanese tunnels

LEGAZPI CITY: The local government of Camalig town in Albay has announced it will open to local and foreign tourists the World War 2 Japanese tunnels for the first time since the Japanese occupation of the Philippines in the 1940s.

Mayor Carlos Irwin Baldo Jr. said the local government gave the greenlight to allow tourists to explore one of the 18 World War 2 Japanese tunnels this year.
