THE northeast monsoon, or "amihan," will bring cold mornings to many parts of the country until February, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
"Although there are breaks, it's common and expected during January, but this [cold breeze] would last until next month," Pagasa Administrator Nathaniel Servando said.
