Canada backs PH disaster risk reduction program

THE Embassy of Canada in Manila vowed to support the programs of the Office of Civil Defense to enhance the Philippines' disaster risk reduction and management (DRRM) protocols.

Canadian Ambassador to the Philippines David Bruce Hartman and OCD Administrator Ariel Nepomuceno agreed on a partnership to improve the agency's DRRM system during a recent meeting.
