THE Cavite State University College of Education (CvSU-CEd) in Indang, Cavite conducted the second phase of the Project 3Cs: Changing Challenging Communities through Education, Inclusiveness, and Empowerment at Indang Central Elementary School (ICES), according to CEd Dean Ammie Ferrer.
Spearheaded by the CEd Teacher Education Department (CEd-TED), the theme was "Sama-samang Pagtutulungan ng Komunidad sa Pag-unawa, Pagmamalasakit at Pagmamahal para sa mga Batang Natatangi."
