PPP Center seeks inputs for PPP Code regulations

THE Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center is seeking inputs from the public for the implementing rules and regulation (IRR) of Republic Act 11966 or the 'PPP Code of the Philippines.'

The center said it will be holding in the first quarter of this year a series of consultations to get inputs for the IRR, and is aiming to make the rules effective on April 7, 2024. The first consultation was held last January 5.
