Bourse welcomes new Finance chief

THE Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc. (PSE) on Sunday said it was confident that Finance Secretary Ralph Recto's leadership would help lift the country's economic growth and boost investor confidence.

'The board of directors and management ... congratulate the Honorable Ralph G. Recto on his appointment as secretary of the Department of Finance,' the bourse operator said in a statement.
