EUROPEAN Union Ambassador to the Philippines Luc Véron on Friday cited the many milestones the EU-Philippines cooperation has achieved over the past six decades.
"[Year] 2024 is a celebration of the values that the EU and the Philippines share — democracy, human rights, equality, the rule of law, and support for multilateralism and international law," said the EU envoy during the lighting of the iconic globe at SM Mall of Asia (MOA) in Pasay City, marking the 60th year of diplomatic ties.
