(UPDATE) THE Quezon City Prosecutor's Office has dismissed the grave threat complaint of a party-list lawmaker against former president Rodrigo Duterte because of insufficient evidence.
In a 14-page resolution, Senior Assistant Prosecutor Ulric Badiola dismissed the cybercrime case filed by ACT Teachers Party-list Rep. France Castro, saying the words and phrases used by Duterte "do not convincingly establish that indeed respondent (Duterte) intended them to be taken seriously."
