ILOILO CITY: Iloilo's top provincial and city officials sought accountability for the recent prolonged power outage in Panay Island that adversely affected the local economy.
"We are angry to those who are accountable. You must pay for these, otherwise, we go on with this inquiry, nothing will happen [...] We are serious this time," Mayor Jerry Treñas said during the Senate Committee on Energy inquiry on Wednesday, January 10.
