SONSHINE Media Network International (SMNI) has asked the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) to specify the exact violations of franchise terms that the network allegedly committed, warranting the suspension of its operations for 30 days.

The network's legal counsels Mark Tolentino and Rolex Suplico filed the motion for a bill of particulars before the NTC on Thursday.
