Teener raped, slain in Cadiz City

BACOLOD CITY: A senior citizen tagged in the rape-slay of a 17-year-old senior high school student was arrested by the police on Tuesday, January 9, in Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.

The suspect, identified as 62-year-old Federico Delfin Jr., was arrested by operatives of the Cadiz City Police Station in the house of his relative in Barangay Tampalon, Kabankalan City.
